Faraday Isolator Based On TSAG Crystal For High Power Lasers

 

Description:

 

TSAG is perfect magneto optical crystal which can be used in visible and infrared wavelength regions. Good thermal and mechanical properties make TSAG very reliable material suitable for next generation fiber lasers. Compared to TGG, TSAG has about 20% higher Verdet constant and about 30% lower absorption at 1064 nm.

 

 

Features:

  • Large Verdet constant(48 radT-1m-1 at 1064 nm),about 20% higher than that of TGG;

  • Low absorption(<3000 ppm/cm at 1064 nm),about 30% less than that of TGG
