Substituted Gallium Gadolinium Garnet (Gd3Ga5O12 or GGG) single crystal subatrates has higer lattice constant comparing with GGG crystal.
It's used as substrates for liquid epitaxy growth of YIG or BIG film.
GGG substrates is dedicated substrates for magneto optical film.
GGG single crystal substrates of different tangential,which can achieve the best lattice match with this magento-optical material,thus ensuring the YIG,BIG film epitaxial growth be successful.It has good physical and mechanical properties and chemical stability.
