MgO-LiNbO3 Passive Q-switch Crystals

 

MgO:LiNbO3 (Magnesium Oxide Doped Lithium Niobate) crystal has similar effective nonlinear coefficients to pure LiNbO3 and exhibits higher optical damage threshold.

 

Both pure LN and MgO doped LN (MgO:LN) crystals with gold coatings on side faces for electrodes are available

MgO doped LiNbO3 (MgO:LN) has similar linear optical properties to pure LiNbO3, but the photorefractive damage threshold is much higher.

 

Crystro's LiNbO3 crystal is grown by Czochralski method.Max diameter reach 4inch,it's now the biggest size in this filed,we can custom size and specs ,rougness<0.5nm.Magneto-optical single crystals like GGG,SGGG,TGG,TSAG are our main products.
